Delivery Information
Delivery is free as standard to most of the UK. In most cases, delivery is available seven days a week when a date is selected at checkout. Orders can be delivered with zero-contact or to a room of choice. If the bed frame is returned during the 200-night trial, returns are also free in most areas of the UK.
200-Night Trial and Returns
If the Simba bed isn’t the right fit, simply contact Simba Sleep within 200 days of delivery. A free collection will be arranged and the cost of the bed frame and any finance payments made will be refunded (excluding delivery charges or interest).
Guarantee
Every Simba bed comes with a 10-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. If it fails during that time, Simba Slee will exchange it for a brand new one.
