All delivery, shipping, and order fulfillment are handled directly by the retailer you purchase from. Also, you’ll receive your order confirmation, delivery updates, and tracking information directly from the retailer.
Mattress brands like iGel and Slumberland are delivered by Bensons for Beds, who deliver across mainland Britain (England, Scotland, Wales) and parts of Northern Ireland, but excludes remote areas like the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Outer Hebrides, and parts of the Scottish Highlands.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a delivery window. Delivery is usually 5 working days on mattresses and beds which are in stock. Three days before delivery, you’ll get a text message confirming a two-hour time slot, and on the delivery day, the team will call 30–60 minutes prior to arrival.
Delivery costs vary by order size: a standard charge of £39 applies for a single item, £59 for two or more larger items (beds, mattresses, furniture), and fees may differ slightly depending on package size. Their trained two-person team delivers to your room of choice, wearing overshoes and gloves, assembles your items (when selected), takes away packaging, and offers recycling for beds, mattresses, and frames upon request.
If you have purchased furniture from Dunelm, there is free shipping on most orders over £49 (excluding large items), while larger items such as furniture are delivered via a two‑person team to the room of your choice for £9.95.
Delivery is usually within 3 working days for furniture items which are in stock, and the delivery slots run Monday–Saturday from 7 AM–8 PM. Customers receive an order confirmation with an estimated date, dispatch notifications the night before (including a tracking link), and a courtesy call or text on delivery day.
